I feel the strong desire to post one of my favorite transcribed talks of the Master Teacher, called "A Master's Academy." In this talk, he expresses the true revelatory idea of the "Academy" from an out of time perspective, illuminating it's true origin, curriculum and purpose. What an incredibly exciting sojourn...what an infinitely helpful reference to have available to us in our final awakening dream. It has always been for you...it is given as a shining provision to assist and accelerate your own transformation from a temporal being to the full awareness of the reality of eternal life. Here is the first part of the talk...I will continue posting segments of it daily until it is complete.

"Do you want to look at that a minute? What you are saying, then, is that this is a natural process of perceptual mind – yours. The Academy does not evolve from the continued perceptual re-associations, but only their re-assertions in a broader range of conceptual self – creative self-expression – the admission of the evolution of man. Is that it? That’s what everybody says. Everybody says that man is evolving. You are saying that you can have a structural location where you would actually accelerate the evolutionary re-association of individual man in his mind? In essence it would have nothing to do with the conceptual re-association at all, except in the mutual creative purpose of the nobility of man. You have to teach this real gently initially. You teach it like Ralph Waldo – that man is more than the sum of his fearful part associations with himself. And that’s acceptable to everybody, right?

It is very necessary in this Academy that you make this step to individual transformation initially and all the time. Let the disciplined identity bring his conceptual self-associations, projected from him, and experience the broadening of his self-identity in the cognition of his association with you in the range of your teaching devices.

That the fearful constraints in which man finds himself, in this twirling mudball of objective death can be transcended individually in the mind, is that what you are going to tell me? And the result will be an aggregate re-association of man in a more harmonious situation of himself in objective time. You can’t teach it any other way initially. I’m trying to do the twelve principles of the Academy. We’re decloaking, do you understand that. If you decloak, you have to at least formulate it around you some sort of acquiescence to that re-association. Hopefully you’ve given me that. If you decloak this, you don’t really realize what happens. What happens, actually, is you take the bright identity of you and you literally dip it into shit. Then you are totally unconcerned whether the guy is seeing saucers, or whether he’s writing a story about quantum physics, or whether he’s declaring that Salvador Dali is God. You don’t care. Listen to me. We’re saying, “Isn’t that wonderful!” But there is a process that the human mind is undergoing in a time association to an identity of universal consciousness – an ontological admission of universal mind. Now, if you have formulated that in scholastic purpose and religious commitment to overcoming fear, you literally cannot be attacked.

You can be attacked for the idea of transformation, but it is very difficult to do because you already have insinuated that the transformation is a necessity for you to give and love, in the psychology association. Really what you are saying is, that love – and we’re going to include the passion of this – is a reasonable association of the necessity for the individual mind to find peace in his own communicative devices. We are not at all concerned about what those devices are. Do you hear me? Do you hear what you are saying? This is A Course In Miracles.

In the whole association of the principles it doesn’t even mention the Course in Miracles. That will be in the curriculum. I’m not concerned about giving an identity to the Academy except the declaration that it is fundamentally spiritual, that it is a religion or a coming back of the mind. The trick to the twelve principles of the Academy is not to have any perceptual reference at all, not to mention the Philosophia Perennis and all the other guides that will force the perception – but rather teach that this association is only for the transformation of your mind. Do you get this? It has to be done that way. And you are saying that minds at this point in their own time are feeling a regenerative self-identity – certainly you have – that will enable them to come into a new perspective of the relationship with themselves in temporalness.

Well, if that doesn’t occur, is he going to attack you? Is he a condition of attack if he doesn’t have the experience? What do you care? You are not concerned about that at all. You understand me? You are teaching only what? Metamorphosis. You are teaching transformation of mind. That’s acceptable. That may be acceptable now. There’s enough loony associations in science that will come here and have the experience. This in no way constricts the self-identity of the individual in his moral value association, in his dedication to being a man or a woman and the head of the family. It literally does not have to do with that. There is no request at all that he relinquish anything in his self-association. Simply in the process of relinquishing his perceptual self, he will realize a noosphere, as Teilhard de Chardin called it, a broader range. And that can be taught, right? Taught as what? An experience. So you are saying that knowledge is an experience, and that knowledge can be gained by an enlightenment of the perceptual mind. This is an offering of a transition – the declaration that the human perceptual mind is a transition, it is a temporal, transitional association of an evolutionary process. That sounds so good. You see, I don’t mind knowing that my destiny is in the stars. The idea that I can find my destiny now might have a lot of appeal to me if I’m not confronted with too much magical crap about how to do it.

If you can get the fundamental Course In Miracles in. If you can keep in mind that this is what you are going to do. And I’m depending on you to do this. You are the ones here, representing all of man somewhere in time, who keep reducing it to concepts. You are saying that you have now evolved a new association only through the release of you, not through the identity of you. One of them will actually be, then, the psychology of joy and happiness that emanates. This is very valuable. We’re going to take a scientific principle of quantum particle-wave association and turn it into a joyous experience of self-identity? Are you telling me I can do that? Yes! Can you hear this? And you are going to teach that it is a different association of the mind that causes the happiness. It is very important that you evolve the principle of the miracle of giving in this, or you are going to have a lot of problems. You are not trying to prove anything. “There’s nothing to prove here” is your statement, and that proof, or a self-concept, is what the fear of reality is.

Listen: That is real. I don’t expect them to make the initial step that it’s real. Our requirement is only right-thinking for a minute. If I can just get them for minute to say: “Hey, this is a possibility, that there is a transcendent of which I am not aware.” That is the key to this, without getting into the spiritual aspects of it, of God particularly, or doctrine. “There is a Universal Mind of which I am not now aware because I am caught in my own conceptual identity. Yet I must be included in with Universal Mind because there’s only one mind. And although I don’t know that, I must be able to come to know it because I am having the experience of transcendence. I am feeling happiness in this new mind of mine. And I detect that it really doesn’t have to do with the separate perceptual thoughts, but just in a translation of that thought into a harmonious identity of myself.”

As most of you know by now, the Master Teacher made his transition beyond the body last Tuesday evening around 8:30pm. There is nothing but light and celebration going on here and all around the universe (along with some tears of gratitude and tenderness) because we ALL feel him so completely present with us and speaking to us from within our minds, with so much love and grace. There are many surprises coming soon...so stand by!

It is clear that NOW is the time to allow our full illumination to complete Itself in us...and to fulfill our part in the plan of salvation. We have been given everything we need, and the Old Man and Jesus are totally walking us through this last quick dream sequence and on out beyond this world entirely...* It is all happening very quickly now. The main message is to stay present...stay ready for anything! Listen...and hear the Voice speaking to you from out of time...follow your guiding light. Listen, receive and be glad! Just let everything go and come with totally empty hands to God. Let yourself be filled up with Light and give what you have been given...SHINE! Let every encounter be one of complete forgiveness and love...the miracle is ever present. There is no past. We are totally here with and for each other and there is nothing to fear. This is just the beginning...

This is the time. This is the place. So be it. You cannot not but discover to your happy amazement that you are in fact and always have been, eternal and perfect as God created you.

The staff, teachers and brothers of Endeavor Academy wish to express their heart-felt appreciation for your love and support in this incredible adventure of awakening; the singular healing, once-and-for-all, of this chaotic fearful dream of separation, fear and death. An Ancient Promise Will Be Kept
An exit portal from this infinitely small maze of space and time has been opened.


Remember, time lasted but an instant in your mind, with no effect upon eternity. And so is all time past, and everything exactly as it was before the watt to nothingness was made. The tiny tick of time in which the first mistake was made, and all of them within that one mistake, held also the Correction for that one, and all of them that came within the first. And in that tiny instant time was gone, for that was all it ever was. What God gave answer to is answered and is gone.

If I so choose, I can depart this world entirely. It is not death which makes this possible, but it is change of mind about the purpose of the world. If I believe it has a value as I see it now, so will it still remain for me. But if I see no value in the world as I behold it, nothing that I want to keep as mine or search for as a goal, it will depart from me. For I have not sought for illusions to replace the truth.

Father, my home awaits my glad return. Your Arms are open and I hear Your Voice. What need have I to linger in a place of vain desires and of shattered dreams, when Heaven can so easily be mine?

All of you out there, wherever of whenever you think you are, you are invited to this gathering. This is a celebration of the homecoming of the Teachers of God. You are one of us as we are one together. We invite you to the miraculous advent of the reunion of your mind with the Mind of God. You've come a long way; you are very much closer to the end of time than you realize. Now is it time at last to free yourself from this chaotic world of loneliness and loss and pain and death. A world constructed by your own nightmare of self-identity. It was only a meaningless place that justified your continuing need of self-sacrifice and annihilation. You have been using it in order to verify and sustain your apparent existence, and now at last it has become intolerable to you.

Come then, be freed of this burden of fear and self-doubt that you thought was a necessary and inescapable part of your existence. Come and free yourself that the world may be free. Come now to this celebration, you who are heavy-laden. We invite you to experience the incomparable healing energies of love emanating from this ever-expanding circle of atonement. It is formed with teachers of God through their uncompromising commitment to and recognition of the miraculous spontaneous transformation and illumination of their individual minds and bodies.

Listen carefully: Stay watchful for the love that is all about you. Come and lay aside the grievances of your old pitifully fearful helpless self. You are entering into a brand new yet very ancient rapidly accelerating continuum of time, in which you will recognize yourself as a perfect creation of God.

Whoever you think you are, wherever you appear to be in the desperate sea of chaos that is this world, let the breath of this timeless Voice of Enlightened Mind rekindle in you the ancient memory of your own perfect reality. This is your transitional passage from time to Eternity, where the prophesy of your Awakening is fulfilled, at last. Thank you for joining me in this Advent of Awakening!

Since the beginning of time a Voice has been calling to you. Although its forms are legion, its message is singular.

Listen, now, to this Voice for Truth that is here to assist you in your inevitable transitional passage from a temporal being to the perfect reality of eternal life. This is the herald of the dawn of Truth upon your mind. And what an adventure it is!

Our natural, inevitable metamorphosis has been called by many names: the Kundalini Awakening, entering the New Jerusalem, the Coming of the Holy Spirit, finding the Holy Grail, discovering the Philosopher's Stone, the Fountain of Eternal Youth, the Pearl worth any price, Revelation, the evolutionary Quantum Leap of the species from homosapiens to homoillumina. . .

This is your awakening and every obstacle that peace must flow across is surmounted in exactly the same way. The fear that raised it yields to the Love beyond, so the fear is gone.

Look about the world, and see the suffering there. Is not your heart willing to bring your weary brothers rest? They must await your own release. They stay in chains till you are free. They cannot see the mercy of the world until you find it in yourself. They suffer pain until you have denied its hold on you. They die till you accept your own eternal life. Your glorious awakening to the Truth of who you are is the light that saves the world. Do not withhold this gift any longer.

Come with me now, and free your mind . . . that your whole world may be free!

Now, are you being called to fulfill the only purpose that ever could have been given for your own sojourn into this meaningless world of loneliness and death. That purpose is your escape from it, through the experience of Self-realization that is offered here.
The world is not left by death, but by Truth.
